Papa Sekyiamah
Papa Sekyiamah is passionate about enabling potential in leaders and teams. He has turned around over 10 underperforming teams. Papa is a firm believer in chasing audacious goals, the power of the right mindset in tackling opportunities and the synergistic effects that can be gained from composing the right people in a team. Papa’s international exposure, wide African and broad sector experience enables him to bring practical and multi country insights to his leadership and team conversations.
Papa has lived and worked in 6 African countries, and done business in 20 African countries. He has international exposure to European and American markets and run businesses in fast food, manufacturing, management consulting and financial services; and worked in various sectors including, energy, telecoms, financial services, agriculture, mining and manufacturing.
Papa has served on a number of Boards and currently Chairs the Board of a financial institution and an energy services company. He is also Board advisor to a fintech and a robotics and data analytics company. Papa has penned several articles on leadership, has developed a leadership training course and is a soon to be published author. He is mentor to entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, certified directors and students.
Papa is a Chartered Director (IoDSA), Chartered Accountant (SAICA) and holds an MBA from the Ivy league, Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College USA.
